Taxpayers may print books and forms directly but are encouraged to file electronically for faster, more convenient processing.

Office of the Continuous Improvement Officer

Functions:

  • Collaborate with management and employees throughout the OCFO to identify initiatives aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of business processes.
  • Develop change strategies that ensure strategic initiatives are integrated and aligned with business strategy and coordinated with the appropriate process owners to accomplish key goals.
  • Assist project teams in prioritizing initiatives, developing methodologies, determining work scope, and identifying change agents.
  • Develop training plans and apply adult learning principles to employ process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, Lean, Total Quality Management, Statistical Process Control, or Total Predictive Maintenance.
  • Manage project activities, ensuring projects are meeting or exceeding timelines and expectations, enabling successful implementation.
  • Estimate budget requirements to deliver and execute change strategy (e.g., additional people, professional services or consulting, etc.).
