Capital Financial Status (Quarterly)

The Financial Status Report (FSR) is compiled monthly, for the operating budget, and quarterly, for the capital budget, to show expenditure and obligation activity in the current year relative to budget levels. The operating FSR shows spending and obligation by agency and appropriated fund and includes certain comparisons to past-year District-wide spending rates. The capital FSR shows spending and obligations by agency and by capital project, with funding sources, compared to both current budget allotment and lifetime budget authority levels.
