The FOIA Officer is the principal contact point within CFO for advice and policy guidance on matters pertaining to the administration of the FOIA. The FOIA Officer may require that an oral request be reduced to writing.

FOIA Fees:

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), an independent agency of the Government of the District of Columbia may establish and collect fees for the direct costs it incurs to respond to a District of Columbia Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
