The RFK Campus Infrastructure Fund is a non-lapsing special fund that will pay certain costs, including debt service and payments related to bonds, for the development, construction, and renovation of horizontal infrastructure associated with a sports stadium complex on the RFK Campus.
There are no revenues or expenditures anticipated for the Sports Facilities Fund in FY 2026.
The RFK Campus Infrastructure Fund will begin receiving revenue from the Sports Facilities Fee (previously named the Ballpark Fee), which had been deposited in the Ballpark Revenue Fund. In FY 2027, revenues that were historically deposited into the Ballpark Revenue Fund will be available to be redirected and deposited into the RFK Campus Infrastructure Fund agency due to the FY 2026 full repayment of the bonds issued to build Nationals Ballpark.
