The historic Howard Theatre project is a 34,000 square-foot multipurpose entertainment venue, museum, restaurant, and educational center.

Subsidy:   $4 million

Type of Financing:  Georgia Avenue Great Streets TIF

Developer:  Howard Theatre Restoration Inc., and the Howard Theatre Development Group
