Convention Center Hotel Project

The Marriott Marquis hotel project will incorporate the historic façade of the former Plumbers Union Building and will include 1,175 hotel rooms, 25,000 sf of retail, 125,000 sf of ballroom/meeting space, and 380 parking spaces.
