FOIA Fees:

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), an independent agency of the Government of the District of Columbia, may establish and collect fees for the direct costs it incurs to respond to a District of Columbia Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The amount of fees the OCFO may charge depends upon whether the DC FOIA requester intends to use the documents requested for a commercial or non-commercial use. This OCFO FOIA Fee Policy provides guidance on how to assess and apply DC FOIA fees for commercial and non-commercial use requests.
