Central Collections Unit

The Central Collection Unit (CCU) was established by the passage of the Delinquent Debt Recovery Act of 2012 to collect non-tax debts owed to the District.

All District Agencies must make arrangements to transfer delinquent debts more than 90 days delinquent to the CCU with the exception of the Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR), Water and Sewer Authority (WASA) and Child Support per the Legislation. Below are links to the instructions for transfer of debts.
