Taxpayers may print books and forms directly but are encouraged to file electronically for faster, more convenient processing.

This table reports projected debt service compared to projected total general fund expenditures during the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) period, which includes FY 2014 through FY 2019. District legislation limits the amount of debt service, which is an operating expense item, to 12 percent of total general fund expenditures each year.
