The Congressional Grants Report provides the status of financial activity for all federal, federal Medicaid payment, and private grants received by the District of Columbia during a given fiscal year. The report is by agency and includes the grant number and phase, the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) number and title, the Congressional Approved Budget (amount approved during budget formulation), total amount of modifications to the grant (increases, decreases and establishments), the Revised Budget after the modifications, Total Expenditures (cash and accrued), Total Encumbrances, Total Intra-District Advances, Total Pre-encumbrances and the Available Budget Authority for the year.
