Taxpayers may print books and forms directly but are encouraged to file electronically for faster, more convenient processing.

The primary mission of the Office of the Senior Advisor (OSA) is to advise the Mayor on both the RFK Campus Redevelopment Project and the DC250 Commission and Planning. Specifically for the RFK Project, the OSA provides strategic alignment and cross-agency coordination. Its role is to ensure the redevelopment remains consistent with broader District priorities, including economic development, infrastructure planning, housing opportunities, workforce participation, and community engagement; and that the various components of the project move forward in an integrated manner. For the DC250 Project, the OSA’s role is to ensure integration across complex initiatives while supporting responsible implementation.”
