Ridgely Bennett

Ridgely Bennett has served as chief counsel for the Office of Lottery and Gaming since 2005 and has more than 25 years of gaming law experience. Prior to joining OLG, Bennett served as deputy general counsel for the Texas Lottery Commission and assistant attorney general with the Office of the Texas Attorney General, Law Enforcement Defense Division, representing state law enforcement agencies, including their officials and employees (in their official capacity) in state and federal courts.

Bennett earned a juris doctor degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor's in government and politics from the University of Maryland at College Park.
