Treva Saunders, associate general counsel and ethics officer, advises the agency on contracts, personnel and ethics matters. Prior to joining the Office of the Chief Financial Officer in 2008, Saunders was an associate at the law firm of McGuireWoods, LLP, where she practiced corporate and public finance law.  

She received a juris doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, DC, and a bachelor's degree in political science and economics from Wellesley College, Mass. Saunders is a native Washingtonian.
