The Current Services Funding Level (CSFL) Budget reflects the current estimate of any budget gap or surplus anticipated for FY 2017 (October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017). The CSFL is a representation of the Local funds cost of operating District agencies in FY 2017 at the FY 2016 service levels, without consideration of any new policy decisions.
