Taxpayers may print books and forms directly but are encouraged to file electronically for faster, more convenient processing.

Delicia Moore

Associate CFO, Human Support Services Cluster

Delicia Moore was appointed associate CFO for the Human Services Cluster in March 2013. Since joining the District government in 1997, Moore has served as the agency fiscal officer for the Department on Disability Services (DDS), Office of Disability Rights, the Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA).

She also served as the accounting officer for DHS, which, at the time, included DDS, DHS, DC Health, the Department of Healthcare Finance, and the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services. In this position, Moore developed the current methodology for weekly federal cash draws, which minimized management letter comments on the A-133 audit.

Moore received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Union University and is a certified public accountant.
