Government Operations Cluster
The Government Operations and Higher Education Cluster (GOC-HEC) formulates and manages the budget and performance plan for more than 35 District Government Agencies totaling $2.5 Billion (approx). Our financial and resource management services include timely payment to District contractors, vendors, purchase card program and the City’s Fixed Costs and Telecommunication system.
As a leader within the OCFO, the Cluster has established internal programs and stewardship initiatives to assure that services are delivered and resources are managed with integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Specifically, we exercise stringent execution of the District’s Quick Payment Act, conduct pre-audit assessments, audit follow up, records management, and correspondence control.
