The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities Announce 9th Annual Poetry Out Loud District Finals Competition

The D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities will present the District of Columbia Finals for Poetry Out Loud in partnership with the National Portrait Gallery, the National Endowment for the Arts and the Poetry Foundation on Monday, March 18, 2013. The District of Columbia Finals will take place at the National Portrait Gallery.
