DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities Announces Nathalie Dary as 2013 Poetry Out Loud District Champion

The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities is proud to announce that Nathalie Dary, a freshman at Archbishop Carroll High School in Northeast Washington, received the title of 2013 Poetry Out Loud District Champion at the District Finals held on Monday, March 18, 2013. The competition was held in the Nan Tucker McEvoy Auditorium at the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery.
