Stories Across the Dining Table

As part of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, OAPIA will be hosting a panel discussion entitled Stories Across the Dining Table. This panel discussion explores how one’s Asian American and Pacific Islander identity influences one’s cooking techniques and ideas. Panelists will include prominent AAPI chefs Kaz Okochi from KAZ Sushi Bistro, KN Vinod from Indique Heights, Katsuya Fukushima from Daikaya, and White House Executive Chef Cristeta Comerford. Networking and light refreshments will be provided towards the end.
