Request Fiscal Impact Analysis

Fiscal Impact Statements are prepared at the request of the Mayor, an Agency, or a Council Committee for mark-up of legislation. To submit a request please forward a copy of the legislation (even if it is in draft form) and any additional relevant materials to the fiscal analyst assigned to your agency/committee at the Office of Revenue Analysis, at least ten business days in advance. If you do not know which analyst is assigned to your agency or committee, please contact Deborah Freis, Director of Fiscal and Legislative Analysis, at [email protected]


A formal request from the Mayor, Agency Director or Council member may be transmitted to the Chief Financial Officer at the following address:
