Developer: Hoffman - Madison Marquette Waterfront
Description: The Wharf is a 27-acre, 3.2 million sf Southwest Waterfront redevelopment project.  Phase 1 of the project totals roughly 1.6 million sf of development. It will include about 900 residential units, 225,000 sf of office, a 278-room hotel, 143,000 sf of retail, and 151,000 sf devoted to cultural activities.
