Request Fiscal Impact Analysis

Instructions for Electronic Filing

  1. Enter your contact information in all of the appropriate fields.
  2. Enter Council information pertaining to referral committee and anticipated hearing dates.
  3. Enter contact information for bill sponsors and committee contacts.
  4. Print a copy of the form for your records, and then click "Send."

Once your request is sent, forward a copy of the legislation (even if it is in draft form) and all relevant materials necessary to prepare the fiscal analysis to the Office of Revenue Analysis. Materials can be sent via mail or fax to:
