Research shows the first five years of life are the most important to a child’s development and acting early can greatly improve a child’s quality of life and education outcomes. Come learn about two beneficial District programs, DC Early Intervention Strong Start and Early Stages. They are free to parents, and help to identify any delays children may have, and when needed, they arrange and provide children’s specialized services.
