Tony The has over eight years of service with the District of Columbia Government, first as a system auditor assigned to the DC Lottery and Charitable Games Board, then promoted to Audit Manager in 2008. He was reassigned to the Office of Tax and Revenue for one year, and then as COTR and Coordinator of the District’s Single Audit since 2011.
The has more than 30 years of working experience in the field of public accounting, industry and government services. He holds Master of Science degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems from the George Washington University. He also holds professional certificates of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).
