Elizabeth Pollitt Paisner

Senior Policy Analyst

Elizabeth Pollitt Paisner became a member of the District’s EDF division in December 2004.

Pollitt Paisner analyzed and helped structure the financing of several of the major economic development projects in the District, including the newly constructed baseball stadium and the Convention Center Headquarters Hotel. Pollitt Paisner also advises the CFO on various tax increment financing and payment-in-lieu-of-taxes finance deals entered into by the District.

Pollitt Paisner assists the Director of EDF in representing Dr. Gandhi and the Office of the CFO on the boards of the Washington Convention Center Authority and Destination DC.

Prior to joining the District, Pollitt Paisner worked for HUD as a Presidential Management Fellow. Previously she was a senior consultant with Arthur Anderson LP. She is a former Fulbright Scholar and earned a masters degree in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley and an undergraduate degree in business administration from Villanova University.
