Office of Budget and Planning

The Office of Budget and Planning (OBP) is located within the District's Office of the Chief Financial Officer. OBP assists the Mayor in developing the District's annual budget, represents the District in the federal appropriations process, and monitors the District's budget performance during the fiscal year.
