Law 3-160 was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 3-267, which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. The Bill was adopted on first and second readings on October 14, 1980 and October 28, 1980, respectively. Signed by the Mayor on November 10, 1980, it was assigned Act No. 3-287 and transmitted to both Houses of Congress for its review.
