The OCFO conducts background investigations on new hires. Generally, the investigation is conducted after the new employee has entered on duty. Along with the employee's resume, employment application, certification letter, and release-of-information form, the questionnaire below is used to make inquiries to determine suitability for employment. Employment with the OCFO is subject to a satisfactory background investigation.
