The Office of Revenue Analysis (ORA), which is managed by Deputy Chief Financial Officer Fitzroy Lee, is a part of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer for the District of Columbia. ORA’s mission is to support the budget and policymaking process with forecasts, estimates, and analyses that ensure the District's financial integrity.
