Biography  Noel Bravo Interim Chief Financial Officer, DC Public Schools   Noel Bravo was appointed chief financial officer with District of Columbia Public Schools in November 2009.   Previously, Bravo served as a senior advisor for budget and finance for Mayor Anthony A. Williams and as senior manager in the District Office of Budget and Planning. He has also served as a senior associate for the Center for the Study of Social Policy and as a senior consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick’s public services practice.    He has a master's degree in public policy from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in public policy from Stanford University.
