Biography  Mohamad Yusuff  Interim Executive Director, Office of Integrity and Oversight Mohamad Yusuff was appointed interim executive director of the Office of Integrity and Oversight (OIO) in October 2009. Chief Financial Officer Natwar M. Gandhi created the office as an audit and investigative organization responsible for assuring the integrity, efficiency and effectiveness of the operations of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to his appointment, Yusuff served as OIO’s director of internal audit and chief of the internal audit unit. He began his government service career more than 20 years ago at the Department of Public Works as the chief of audit. Yusuff is a graduate of Howard University, Washington DC, where he earned an MBA in Finance. He holds an MBA in finance and investment from the George Washington University. Yusuff is a licensed, certified public accountant in the District of Columbia.  He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, member of the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, and a member of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA).
