OCFO Community Outreach CFO Forum CFO Forum was established by the Office of the Chief Financial Officer as a mechanism for exchanging information between the CFO and various communities within the city regarding the financial affairs of the District government. Forum members provide feedback during formulation of the city's budget and regularly receive information regarding budget pressures.
