FY 2001 Proposed Operating Budget A budget document identifies programs and articulates the policies that are being proposed for funding in the coming year - as well as estimating the revenues that will support these programs and policies. The budget document serves an additional critical function of providing a structured framework for decision makers and stakeholders to consider programmatic, policy and revenue enhancements.
