Biography
Neil Moran
Chief Financial Officer, National Capital Revitalization Corporation

Neil Moran serves as Chief Financial Officer for the National Capital Revitalization Corporation (NCRC) and the RLA Revitalization Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of NCRC's financial and accounting operations, strategic planning and resource allocation. Prior to joining NCRC, Moran served in similar capacities for a number of District-based public and private corporations, in the for-profit and not-for-profit arenas.

Moran has more than 30 years of accounting and financial management expertise. His most recent professional experiences include serving as vice president for finance and CFO for Black's Guide, Inc., which provides commercial real estate information on properties located throughout the United States; as CFO and director of finance and administration for the National Center on Education and the Economy; and as the CFO for the Drug Policy Foundation, where he managed day-to-day financial operations.

Moran also served as vice president of finance and administration for Sky Courier Network, the nation's largest same-day courier service, where he directed the company's financial operations during a period of unprecedented growth; and as vice president, finance for the Aeromaritime Group, a Washington-based international conglomerate with subsidiaries and operations located throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Moran began his professional career working in the Washington office of PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than seven years. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Georgetown University, and he is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the DC Institute of CPAs.
